HOW DO I WASH MY BAG?

Handwashing works best, warm water & mild soap, air/hang dry.

DO YOU TAKE RETURNS?

I hope once you get your bag you'll never want to part with it :( At this time I'm not taking returns, sorry.

HOW DO I GET A CUSTOM BAG MADE?

To order a custom bag, please e-mail me first regarding what your needs are. Depending on the complexity of the project, a bag might cost more than some of the other bags you see on my site. I have to receive payment for a custom before I can begin the project.

WHO MAKES THE BAGS?

All bags are handmade entirely by me! I put lots of love and care into each to ensure a long life of happy handbag goodness.

WHAT KIND OF SEWING MACHINES DO YOU USE?

I use a BabyLock serger for all the joining seams, and an Elna sewing machine for topstitching and attaching appliques.
